Small builds can start around $1,000
Simple internal tools or focused apps may land around $1,000–$2,500. More involved systems — multiple roles, richer workflows, more screens — often fall in the $4,000–$15,000+ range. The price always follows what we agree to build.
Monthly
Often starts around $100–$150/mo
That covers hosting, access, keeping things running, and support. More users, integrations, or heavier systems can mean a higher monthly — and we’ll say so up front.
Why this can cost less than “classic” custom software
You own your data. We own and maintain the software. Instead of paying a huge fee for a handoff and a disappearing act, you pay to get your system built and a monthly fee to keep using it. We can also reuse proven pieces and patterns from other builds, so we’re not inventing every basic building block from scratch every time.
